The Pillars of Wellbeing
In Kiqplan what defines “wellbeing” is classed into “pillars”. We work on how each pillar influences or impacts the other so an individual can make just the right changes to their lifestyle. This ultimately will lead to improvement with either 1 or all of those pillars that may be out of balance. Each pillar is connected and influences or impact the others at some stage.
The building blocks of life. Nutrition is the study of food at work in our bodies, our source for energy, and the medium for which our nutrients can function.
Act of improving health and reducing the risk of developing chronic illness through the form of movements and exercise. Staying active is not a new trend, with most understanding why they need to do some form of movement.
A person’s condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being. this is about the balance of body and mind.
A condition of body and mind which typically recurs for several hours every night, in which the nervous system is inactive, the eyes closed, the postural muscles relaxed, and consciousness practically suspended.
